- This course is an introduction to Civil Engineering and Architecture. It is designed for high school students interested in architecture and design, building construction and skilled trades, project management, and real estate careers.
- Prerequisites: Completion of Algebra I is recommended. The course is suitable for grades 10-12.
- The class will alternate weeks between online Zoom lectures and in-person hands-on labs.
- Required books: Civil Engineering & Architecture by Matteson (ISBN 978-1435441644) and Civil Engineering & Architecture (Workbook) by O'Hara (ISBN 978-1435441651)
- We will use AutoDesk Revit free CAD software.
