From Fig. 17.18 "Anatomy of the ear": Auricle, temporal bone, malleus, incus, stapes, cochlea, tympanic membrane, external auditory canal.

- Follow instructions on the lab handout below, and respond to all the questions.
- Use the Snellen chart provided below, or download your own from the Internet. Print it out so that THE LETTERS ARE THE CORRECT HEIGHT (very important). The 20/20 must be 8.8 mm tall for it to work (use a metric ruler!). Use your printer or copier to enlarge/shrink to adjust the height. Or... display it on your laptop, adjust the height of the 20/20 letters using a metric ruler, and simply use the chart directly on your laptop.
- When you get to the Color Blindness test, go out and get a suitable Ishihara Plate from the Internet.
